C-REV has partnered with a prominent US family office to develop one of the Caribbean’s most significant hospitality and residential destinations. Situated on the last remaining prime beachfront site on the world-renowned Grace Bay Beach, Providenciales, the master-planned resort has been designed to set a new benchmark for luxury hospitality in Turks & Caicos.

Anchored by a 50-key ultra-luxury Corinthia Hotel, the development comprises 78 fully serviced branded residences, including beachfront villas, casitas and condominiums. The resort is complemented by an extensive collection of amenities, including a world-class spa and wellness centre, multiple swimming pools, a beach club, signature restaurants, retail, padel courts and curated lifestyle experiences. The masterplan has been carefully designed to maximise ocean views while seamlessly integrating architecture, landscape and the natural coastal environment.
